gastronomic experience" Getaway to Noosa! Experience the delights of fine dining at Noosa Valley Manor, an experience you will treasure and talk about for a long time. Dinner can be served on The Terrace overlooking the floodlit gardens or in the formal Dining Room surrounded by tasteful antique furniture and the log fire on the cooler evenings. You will be served complimentary sparkling wine and mouth watering savouries before dinner. Soak in the ambience of the setting while enjoying the finest fresh food, wine and music. Menus choices can be discussed with Kathleen to suit your taste. Dinners need to be booked at least 24 hours ahead as all food is bought and cooked fresh daily. A three course dinner costs $70 per head. (Includes Tea/Coffee and Chocolates)

Entree Mooloolaba King Prawns with a fresh herb and lemon filling served on lightly dressed baby spinach Carmelised Shallot and Pear Tart, fresh goat's curd and a sprinkle of white truffle oil on a bed of mixed greens Smoked Salmon Mousse with Avocado on a ginger and pine nut salad Free Range Chicken and Pistachio Terrine with baby beetroot, carmelised onion and lightly tossed salad
Main Courses Wild Barramundi Fillet with a macadamia and coriander crust served with sauteed kipfler potatoes, fresh asparagus and broccolini Rack of Lamb served on a bed of potato and kumera mash, with red wine, rosemary and blueberry sauce Free Range Chicken Tenderloins topped with fresh goat's cheese and basil, wrapped in Filo Pastry Parcels with a ginger and lime sauce accompanied by a warm potato salad Free Range oven roasted Duck Breast served with pear, kipfler potatoes and a reduced red wine jus
