The garden features
over 2200 trees, palms, roses, gardenias and other plants and has made
the Manor a haven for birds and other wild life. Rear landscaping joins
on to a creek and natural rainforest area, illuminated at night for a
delightful effect. This area includes 'The Glen' - ideal
for relaxing with a drink or to have one of our soothing body or massage
treatments. Our garden is the 1999 Winner of the Shire Council Gardens in the Sun Awards for the Best Business Premises Garden - Hinterland Non-Reticulated Zone. We also won the best 'Water Feature Garden' for 2000.
A key feature is the sandstone solar heated pool and
spa for guests, that includes a rock waterfall providing a relaxing
back ground sound and tasteful classic statues and fountains. |
The Glen is a superb area set in natural forest paved in sandstone to complement with the manor and outstanding pool and spa. Five sails provide shade in summer, elevated to view the rainforest and landscaped award winning gardens.
