Elegant Dining at the Manor

Experience the delights of fine dining at Noosa Valley Manor at your own private table, an experience you will treasure and talk about for a long time. Candlelight Dinners can be served on The Terrace overlooking the floodlit gardens or in the formal dining room surrounded by a tasteful collection of antique furniture. Enjoy a glass of wine round the log fire on the cooler evenings.
You will be served complimentary sparkling wine and mouth watering savouries before dinner. Soak in the ambience of the setting while enjoying the finest of fresh food, wine and music.
Menu choices can be discussed with Kathleen to suit your taste. Dinners need to be booked at least 24 hours ahead as all food is bought and cooked fresh daily.
A three Course Candlelight Dinner is $70 per head. Two course Candlelight Dinner is $55 per head. The cost includes the pre dinner drinks/savouries and tea or coffee after the meal.

Entrées
- Trio of Seared Prawns, Smoked Salmon Terrine and Avocado Mousse served in a filo pastry basket.
- Caramelised Shallot and Pear Tart, fresh goat's curd and a sprinkle of white truffle oil on a bed of mixed greens.
- Smoked Salmon Mousse with avocado on a ginger and pine nut salad.
- Free range Chicken and Pistachio Terrine with baby beetroot, caramelised onion and lightly tossed salad.
Main Courses
- Red Emperor Fillet with a macadamia and coriander crust served with wilted spinach, potatoes and asparagus
- Rack of Lamb served on a bed of potato and kumera mash with a red wine jus and seasonal vegetables
- Free range Chicken Tenderloins with fresh goat's cheese and basil, wrapped in filo pastry parcels with a ginger and lime sauce accompanied by a warm potato salad
- Free Range oven roasted Duck Breast served with dauphinois potatoes, cherries and seasonal vegetables (The House Speciality!)
Desserts
- Belgian Chocolate Mousse, raspberry coulis and a shortbread biscuit
- Vanilla Pannacotta served with fruit poached in a star anise flavoured syrup
- Meringue Basket filled with créme anglais topped with mixed berries macerated in Grand Marnier
- Goat's Curd and Lemon Tart with a blueberry sauce
- Hazelnut Torte layered with strawberries, mascarpone and a drizzle of rich chocolate
